You can use your marketing expertise to help people find your home (which seems way harder than it is). You can also use your marketing expertise to help people sell their home faster than you would have otherwise.
I’ve been a real estate investor for years, but I’ve also been a real estate marketer. I’ve worked with a lot of different types of people (from real estate agents to investors to real estate marketing professionals to real estate agents to people who have to sell their home quickly in order to be able to pay their mortgage), and not much does it quite like a real estate agent does. It’s not easy. The days of being a real estate agent are coming to an end.
The good news is real estate agents have great skill sets. Real estate marketing professionals have a great skill set as well. We have great tools to help sellers, buyers, and homeowners find the best deals in the market. But there are still some things that need to be in place for real estate marketing to work. Real estate agents and marketing professionals need to be able to sell homes fast. They need to be able to sell houses in the fastest way possible.
We’ve all seen the ads for homes that just sit on the market for a year or two, waiting to sell. That is, until someone comes along and decides to offer the house for a good price. But a home on the market is a lot different than a house that has never been shown to a potential buyer before.
There are all sorts of things that can be done to speed up the showings process. One of them is called “waybetter marketing.” In a way, waybetter marketing is just taking advantage of the fact that you have a house to show and can advertise it in such a way that you will get the maximum amount of traffic.
I know this sounds like a vague explanation but it all boils down to how easy it is to advertise on the internet. It’s very hard to reach millions of potential buyers, especially if you’re not really all that good at it. A home that hasn’t been on show can be difficult to advertise in a way that will make your house look as appealing as possible to buyers. But waybetter marketing is a great way of making the house look like it’s been on the market for a while.
The waybetter marketing is a process of advertising which I think has a lot to do with how good your home looks when you are showing it to potential buyers. When you start advertising on the Internet, people tend to start looking at your home as if it has already been on the market for a while. They may even start asking you questions about it.
The first time I was shown a new home it was all this excitement and questions and questions and questions. “Is that a white house?” “Uh… is it new?” “How long has it been on the market?” “Has it been on the market for a while?” In fact, there are lots of questions that people ask you when they first walk into your home.
That’s essentially what we did with waybetter marketing. We gave our new house a little publicity by showing it to someone who had shown it to a lot of people. They were curious to see their own home and ask lots of questions. We were careful to show them a little of our home and let them ask the same question of each corner, so they could see how it changes as they move through it.
We asked them a lot of questions, too. We showed them things we’d already created, and asked them if they’d like to create something new. We took that idea of “can you create something new?” and took it a step further by asking if they’d like to build a new home.
