That person would do the bulk of the marketing for your business. For instance, if you want to start a new business, the marketing manager is going to help you with all of the advertising-related stuff. If you want to start a new website, the marketing manager is going to get you started with all of the design work.
In most things, there is a marketing person to do this stuff. However, marketing can be a tricky thing. It’s important to remember that it’s a marketing manager’s job to sell the product. It’s not a marketing manager’s job to sell the company. You need to know what the organization and the product are, but you don’t need to know how to sell them. This is a key difference between a marketing manager and a sales person on each of the major marketing channels.
