Real estate marketing trends 2017 is an annual survey of the leading real estate marketing trends and the most important real estate trends for 2017. This survey is the first in a three-part series.
The survey is based on the most comprehensive real estate marketing survey ever conducted. The survey is also conducted in real estate agent/broker trade magazines.
These days, people from all walks of life are getting involved in the real estate market. And it seems as though the marketing trends that will define 2017 are becoming more and more personal. The first survey shows that millennials are more interested in the emotional aspects of real estate, making it clear that millennials are becoming the biggest buyers of real estate in the world. While millennials are the biggest buyers, they are also the biggest sellers.
We’re not saying there’s no value to investing in real estate, but we are making sure that we’re not making huge investments. Our survey confirms these real estate trends are becoming more personal, so we should be putting on more personal ads and targeting different types of real estate, as well as more consumer-centric and more personal ads.
Another thing that is becoming more personal is the use of Facebook and Instagram ads. The only problem is that these ads are not targeted to the younger demographic, as well. So instead of targeting millennials, we should still be targeting young couples, older couples, and couples that have children in their homes.
Facebook and Instagram are important in that they allow real estate agents to get more information and sales leads. Facebook is the primary channel for marketing real estate (in Canada). As of January 2017, there were over 1.4 billion active users on Facebook, and Instagram was number one for lead generation and marketing. It’s also great for brands who can send out a free or paid Facebook ad to a user’s friends.
One of the biggest trends that has popped up in real estate in recent years is the rise of real estate advertising. With increased real estate competition coming from the likes of REI and FlipKey, real estate agents are now focusing more on their clients, and not on themselves. This also allows real estate agents to be more transparent about their marketing strategies and make their ad more believable.
In real estate, advertising is great for the brands and property managers. It allows them to promote their house to a bigger audience, and also attract a wider range of customers. Real estate agents are in a better position to market their house because of their social media presence, which is often shared on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Real estate agents also have more visibility on their clients’ social media accounts, which allows them to build their brand further.
Marketing is also an important part of the business of a property manager. Many agents try to use social media to try to get more sales. However, this can also be a double-edged sword. Social media allows agents to build a professional image that is similar to the one they have in real life. It also allows agents to try to compete with their real-life counterparts, by being the first to post something, or the first to say something.
The main thing that keeps us from taking a more personal approach to marketing is that there is a lot of online marketing that is going on about the same thing. It’s all about the marketing strategy, and how you can use it to build your brand.
