If you’re not willing to put yourself out there and listen to what your customers have to say, your customers are not going to feel satisfied. You don’t have to be the perfect salesman to be able to close a sale, you just have to be prepared to listen to your customers.

We get hung up talking to people who are so far up the line we forget what it is that we are selling. The key to being a great sales professional is putting yourself out there and listening to your customers.

The biggest problem with the medical industry is not that a lot of people are unhappy, or that people are not in the know. The biggest problem is that the medical industry is so focused on being a good salesperson that the people who really make a difference are either doing a poor job of selling or are in the wrong business. We are very lucky to be in this business because the people who make the industry great are the ones who make the products right on the first level.
