When I’ve posted the posts that I’ve worked on at my current job – I got paid for it, so I know exactly what I’m talking about – I’ve seen a lot of complaints about the jobs in general. I’ve seen a lot of my fellow interns and summer interns complain about the internships, too.

In my opinion, people complain more about internships when they feel like they have no choice. For example, the internship I got from my employer for my internships was to interview people for jobs. They had no idea what I was doing, they couldn’t tell if I was smart or not, and they were never allowed to see me perform or even ask me to perform.

I think this is a huge problem with internships. Internships are supposed to be a chance for students to be exposed to a variety of different opportunities, and an opportunity for them to gain useful work experience while they are doing their schooling.

The reality is that most internships are so limited in scope, so limited in what they can offer. The majority of our knowledge and skills are acquired as we are given the opportunity to work with a large group of people. Most internships focus on acquiring a certain skill set, or a certain group of skills. To effectively apply that knowledge and skills to new environments, it is important to be able to work with others. That’s why it is important for internships to have a team setting.

It’s not a bad idea to have a team setting. It helps us develop relationships, it means we learn from each other, and it helps us develop our own skills.
