Like, it’s important to advertise, market, and manage all of your marketing efforts in this new market. A lot of people are coming to Hawaii for vacation and the new tourism dollars are going to help you make a lot of money. So, for example, if you’re a small business and you’re trying to sell a product or service, you might need to advertise in the local paper, on television, etc.
I don’t know about you, but I don’t spend much time reading the local papers here. I just get my e-mail, and I don’t pay attention to the local news or the newpaper. But I did recently learn that because I live in Hawaii, the local newspaper does print a weekly column called the Traveler’s Herald, which covers all sorts of local happenings.
