This is the first time I had any thought of marketing a new product or service—I’m just saying that it’s a matter of how we perceive it; how we think, act, and feel about it. I want people to know that I am not “designing” a new product or service, or designing a service or product.
It’s actually quite interesting to think about the way we feel about marketing. A few months ago I wrote a great article on marketing about the way you’ll be sending out emails, or maybe the weather or how you’ll take out your favorite thing for the day. I don’t do that. I don’t think I’ll be able to write a good marketing message about something that’s so obviously great that someone would be impressed by it.
