Called the shop we bought it from in Colonial Heights VA and they mentioned they don’t settle for returns, they may change for a 30% restocking payment and you’ll recieve store credit. After spending a lot money on one thing if you’re not glad you should have the flexibility to return it. I am shocked people are getting their refunds. I had to complain to the BBB to get a refund after canceling the order prior to it even being shipped.

Now plz help me some one know the way I m return. I purchased sofa a month go when i bought, they told me the couch instack and they promised me to deliver after per week. But now virtually 5 weeks they did not do the supply once I call to cancel the order , they informed me to pay 10%.

We have had this chair, in items, in our kitchen this complete time, and we don’t know what to do at this level… Everything written about this firm is true individuals are not exaggerating their frustrations. I even have had the identical experience as everyone else poor customer support, on line sales for merchandise they do not have, no reply to questions etc… Each approved Ashley Furniture HomeStore and dealer is independently owned and operated.

2 items delivered a month late with no comply with up or comply with via, just a guessing recreation and a complete headache. Particularly given they NEVER answer their phone. And the 2 items I have snap financial login, are already not holding up. Again, no comply with up or follow through after a quantity of missed delivery dates. And it is not covid although they will say that it’s.

However, when someone came, it was to restore the faulty sofa. I said that I had informed them from the beginning that I did not need the couch. He left and mentioned that he couldn’t repair it anyway as a result of it will take longer than an hour. I went again to the store a few days later, and now I’m getting the run round.
