Called the shop we bought it from in Colonial Heights VA and they mentioned they don’t settle for returns, they may change for a 30% restocking payment and you’ll recieve store credit. After spending a lot money on one thing if you’re not glad you should have the flexibility to return it. I am shocked people are getting their refunds. I had to complain to the BBB to get a refund after canceling the order prior to it even being shipped.
Now plz help me some one know the way I m return. I purchased sofa a month go when i bought, they told me the couch instack and they promised me to deliver after per week. But now virtually 5 weeks they did not do the supply once I call to cancel the order , they informed me to pay 10%.
