I think that it is very important for us to focus the majority of our sales efforts in the evenings and the weekends. When we are out of town, the days are shorter and therefore it makes it easier for our customers to get to know us and for us to get to know them.

We send out weekly marketing emails to our customers, and we share customer feedback with them. We also share the information about our upcoming sales events with our customers. The mailer is sent out every single day but for the most part people just sign up for it when something is going on, which is typically when we have new items to tell our customers about. The mailer can be as big or as small as you want, just about any size that you want.

We are in the process of moving our email marketing to an online form. This is due to the fact that we get tons of spam from people we send emails to. Some of these folks do not understand the concept of our email marketing form, but if it is at all possible to get rid of these people, which is what we’re really trying to do is get people to sign up for our mailing list.
